Project Specific tools and site records

Find drawings, RFIs, searchable site documents, materials requests, site diary entries and snags.

Project staff with the relevant module permission. Select the project before starting a record.

Drawings & specifications

Open Project Specific, then Drawings & specifications. Use the register to find a document and open its current revision. If you manage drawings, upload revisions against the same record so its history stays together.

Check the revision and project before sharing a drawing or creating a markup.

RFIs

Open RFIs, choose the project and create a request with the question, recipient and supporting drawing or evidence. Review responses and close the request when the answer is agreed.

If a document does not appear for linking, check the active project and document access.

Site documents

Open Site documents, select the project and choose a paperwork category. Use Upload files, drop several files into the upload area, or select Add photo. Choose Other documents for general paperwork. Search this project across all categories or filter to one, then use Download to retrieve the original.

PDF, Word .docx, Excel .xlsx and supported photos can be indexed. Files can be found by name and saved details while content is indexing. Content indexing processes files up to 25 MB and PDFs up to 100 pages. If text extraction fails or the index is partial, review the saved details and download the original.

Materials

Open Materials and choose the project. Create a request with the item, quantity and delivery details. Review the request status in the same module.

Choose the project before entering the request so it reaches the correct team.

Site diary

Open Site diary, choose the project and date, and record progress, events, conditions and evidence for the day. Review the entry before submitting or exporting it.

Check the selected date before starting a second entry for the same day.

Snagging

Open Snagging and record the item, location, responsible party and supporting photos. Track its status and use the completion evidence to verify the work.

If a contractor cannot see a snag, check the project assignment and who the snag is assigned to.

Project photos

Open Workspace, then Photos, and select the project. Add photos with a description that helps the team find and recognise them.

Check the active project before taking or importing photos.
